Free Shipping: unless stated otherwise on the product page, we offer free shipping on all orders that ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and the United States.

     

    Shipping and Delivery times

    The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. The total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

    • Processing time: 
      • The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
    • Shipping time: 
      • The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
    Important: all items sold at Bell-Vee ship within 2-5 business days and are guaranteed to be delivered in 10-20 business days for orders in the United States and 15-25 business days for international orders (depending on location). If you need an estimated date of delivery before placing your order please contact us at Info@Bell-Vee.com.
    If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

    COVID-19 update: due to events out of our control, packages are arriving 5 to 10 days late. Please keep in mind before placing an order. 

    Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
    Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

    Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
    1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
    2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war.
    3. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond our control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product:

    You can return an item you bought from Bell-Vee within 30 calendar days after the day you received it. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
